We want you to be completely in love with your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sister Jane labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
